Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead and manage a team of Generative AI Analysts working on data annotation and AI/ML projects. The role involves team management, project coordination, quality monitoring, training, client coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Generative AI Analysts.
- Set team objectives, performance expectations, and productivity goals.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Allocate workloads effectively and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Ensure the team follows client-specific instructions, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and monitor team performance and KPIs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and guide team members on LLM data evaluation, data annotation techniques, and project processes.
- Support team members in developing their technical knowledge and understanding of Generative AI.
- Act as a point of contact for client requirements, feedback, and project updates.
- Communicate client feedback to the team and ensure necessary changes are implemented.
- Address operational issues related to workload, staffing, quality,



and project delivery.
- Resolve team-level conflicts and maintain effective communication within the team.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and support new AI/ML initiatives.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in IT/ITES, data annotation, AI/ML, Generative AI, or related domains.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a technical or AI-related environment.
- Robust understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, data annotation, and data evaluation processes.
- Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) domain.
- Knowledge of perception and prediction labeling.
- Experience working on AI/ML-driven projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Relevant AI or technical certifications.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
