Job Title: HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Summary:

Catalyst Education is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback and joining dates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.




- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Valuable organizational skills and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage the complete hiring process independently are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
