Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation / Control Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems. The ideal candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle—from system design and programming to site commissioning and client coordination. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- PLC, SCADA, and DCS programming, configuration, and testing
- Automation system design, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
- Project execution and coordination at client sites
- Site installation, commissioning, and start-up activities
- Instrumentation installation, calibration, and loop checking
- Automation testing, troubleshooting, and system validation




- Preparation of technical documentation and project reports as per requirements

Technical Skills & Requirements

- Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or equivalent
- Knowledge of SCADA systems including WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, iFix, or similar
- Familiarity with DCS platforms such as ABB, Emerson, Honeywell, or Yokogawa (preferred)
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols:
- Modbus
- Profibus
- Profinet
- Ethernet/IP
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation:
- Sensors
- Transmitters
- Control valves
- Solid troubleshooting and commissioning skills
- Hands-on site experience is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹820,000.00 per year
