About the Opportunity
A leading contract manufacturing organization in the Indian pharmaceutical sector, we specialize in the development, formulation, and large-scale production of solid oral dosage forms — tablets and capsules — for global and domestic clients. Our facilities operate under strict cGMP and regulatory compliance standards, delivering consistent, high-quality products to pharma brands across therapeutic categories.

Role & Responsibilities

- Execute batch manufacturing activities for tablets and capsules, ensuring adherence to SOPs, batch records, and cGMP guidelines.
- Operate and troubleshoot tablet press machines, capsule fillers, coating pans, and other processing equipment.
- Coordinate with QA to ensure in-process checks, material accountability, and timely release of batches.
- Document all production activities accurately and maintain compliance with traceability and audit requirements.




- Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation for production deviations or quality failures.
- Support process validation, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production floor.
