Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals to design and implement AI governance and agentic control capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with AI governance, Responsible AI, risk management, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design governance frameworks for AI systems, models, agents, prompts, datasets, and third-party AI services.

- Establish AI inventory, ownership, risk classification, approvals, controls, and lifecycle processes.

- Build governance workflows and dashboards using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and integrations.

- Implement governance controls for agent identity, tool permissions, human approvals, auditability, and protected execution.

- Translate AI risk, security, privacy, and compliance requirements into practical controls.

- Integrate ServiceNow with GRC tools, enterprise AI platforms, identity systems, and data platforms.

- Collaborate with risk, security, privacy, architecture, and engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–10 years of overall technology experience with hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration/development, including tables, roles, ACLs, and application scopes.

- Experience with Flow Designer / Workflow Studio, approvals, notifications, and reusable actions.

- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub,



REST APIs, Scripted REST, or similar integrations.

- Experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk, Technology Risk, GRC controls, or enterprise control-tower implementation.

- Understanding of AI asset inventory, lifecycle management, risk assessments, controls, and monitoring.

- Knowledge of agentic AI concepts, orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, authorization, and evaluation.

- Understanding of OAuth/OIDC, role-based access, service identities, and audit trails.

Good-to-Have Skills

- ServiceNow AI Control Tower experience.

- ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, Now Assist, and AI Search.

- MCP, A2A, AI Agent Fabric, and external agent integrations.

- ServiceNow IRM/GRC, CMDB, and enterprise workflow experience.

- Custom AI control tower, model registry, or governance portal development.

- Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust, or IBM OpenPages.

- LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow IRM/GRC or AI-related certifications.

- AI Governance, Risk, Audit, Privacy, or Security certifications.
