We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Application Implementation Consultant to manage the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of software applications. The ideal candidate should have valuable technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to understand client requirements and ensure successful application implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
- Configure and implement software applications according to client needs.
- Coordinate with clients to understand workflows and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with development, support, and QA teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist with data migration, system integration, and application deployment.




- Monitor application performance and ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve client queries.
- Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure timely project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of software application implementation and configuration.
- Understanding of databases, SQL queries, and data management.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
