Job Summary

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Cold Calling / Telecalling Executive to generate sales enquiries and leads through telephone calls.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and sales enquiries through telecalling.
- Contact customers from company databases, online leads, references, and market data.
- Introduce Crusher Plant, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, VSI Crusher, RMC Plant, and other machinery to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, project details, machinery requirements, and purchase timelines.
- Explain basic product information, features, and company offerings to customers.
- Identify genuine prospects and transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team.
- Follow up with existing leads and pending enquiries regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
- Update daily calling and lead-generation reports.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives / Sales Managers regarding qualified leads.




- Schedule customer meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Cold Calling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills required.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining lead records.
- Target-oriented and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Candidates with experience in B2B / Industrial / Machinery / Construction Equipment sales will be preferred.
