We are looking for a creative and trend-conscious Freelance T-Shirt Fashion Designer who can develop unique T-shirt designs, graphics, prints, and concepts in line with current fashion trends and our brand's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and commercially viable T-shirts for men's fashion.
- Develop graphic prints, typography, slogans, illustrations, and placement prints.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal collections.
- Prepare detailed artwork and print-ready files for production.
- Create T-shirt mock-ups and technical design sheets.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Research current fashion trends, market demand, competitor collections, and customer preferences.
- Revise designs based on feedback and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of T-shirt graphics, prints,



colours, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Knowledge of screen printing, digital printing, sublimation, and other printing techniques.
- Ability to create original designs as well as commercial, trend-driven artwork.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt designs and graphic artwork is essential.

Engagement & Compensation

- Freelance / assignment-based engagement.
- Versatile working arrangement, based on project requirements.
- Payment will be mutually agreed upon based on experience, design complexity, and project scope.
