Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in UAE Payroll to join our remote project team on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, UAE statutory and regulatory payroll requirements, payroll processing, Fast Formulas, Core HR, Absence Management, and HCM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll processes.
- Work on Payroll Elements, Payroll Definitions, Salary Bases, Calculation Cards, Payroll Balances, Fast Formulas, and User-Defined Tables (UDTs).
- Handle payroll calculations, proration, retroactive processing, payroll reconciliation, prepayments, and End-of-Service (EOS) calculations.
- Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and provide production support.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Core HR, workforce structures, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support Absence Management and assess the impact of leave transactions on payroll.
- Perform HCM data migration and bulk uploads using HDL and HSDL.




- Coordinate HCM integrations with Finance and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, functional testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Prepare functional documentation, resolve defects, and provide knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting UAE Payroll and understanding applicable UAE statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Strong expertise in Payroll Quick Formulas, Elements, Balances, and end-to-end payroll processing.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Absence Management.
- Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL, payroll reconciliation, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of HCM security, workflows, and Finance integrations.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely in the UAE time zone from Monday to Friday.

Engagement Details

- Remote contractual opportunity.
- Initially, the engagement is expected to require more than 50% capacity.
- Potential to take on additional work across two projects after a few months.
- Expected capacity of up to 160 hours, depending on project requirements.
