We are looking for an Accounts Executive to maintain personal accounts and support routine accounting activities. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP and familiarity with other ERP/accounting software. Basic knowledge of import procedures and documentation is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain personal books of accounts, including receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.
- Record transactions accurately in Tally ERP and maintain supporting documents.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile relevant ledger accounts.
- Track payments, expenses and outstanding balances.
- Prepare account summaries and reports as required.
- Assist with import-related documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills and bills of entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams,



banks and relevant service providers for import-related records and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling personal and financial information.

Qualifications & Required Skills

- B.Com or an equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally ERP and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
- Basic understanding of import procedures and documentation is compulsory.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
