- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and approach potential customers via field visits, local networking, referrals, and promotional campaigns.
- Scheme Explanations: Clear details on chit group values, subscription amounts, tenure, auction procedures, and payment terms.
- Subscriber Onboarding & KYC: Collect necessary documents, assist clients with KYC formalities, and coordinate with the back-office team.
- Collection Support: Follow up on monthly installment payments and assist with timely collections.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with subscribers to encourage renewals, group participation, and client referrals.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly activity reports regarding site visits, leads, and conversions for management

- Education: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2+ years of experience in sales, financial services, insurance, or chit fund operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
