Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate timely and regular follow-up activities to ensure seamless communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Utilize various communication platforms such as WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls to maintain consistent engagement.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and address concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a well-organized record of all interactions and communications for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and updates for effective follow-up processes.
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing tasks, projects, or transactions, ensuring they are completed within established timelines.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or challenges in the follow-up process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on follow-up activities, highlighting trends, challenges,



and opportunities for process optimization.

Minimum Requirements:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email clients, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
