- A Zenlynx Technology Initiative Zenlynx Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an entrepreneurial leader with strong domain expertise in Sustainability, ESG, Climate Change and Carbon Markets to lead and build ZenAcademy, our professional education and skill-development vertical. We aim to develop ZenAcademy into a recognised professional learning platform offering industry-oriented training, specialised certification programmes and executive education for the emerging green economy. Position: Director – Sustainability, ESG & Climate Education Vertical: ZenAcademy Company: Zenlynx Technology Pvt. Ltd. Engagement: Strategic Leadership Partnership Compensation: Profit-Sharing Basis (No Fixed Salary)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic development and growth of ZenAcademy.
* Design professional courses and certification programmes in ESG, Sustainability, Carbon Management and Climate Change.
* Build partnerships with universities, educational institutions and industry organisations.
* Develop a network of industry experts, trainers and academic professionals.
* Establish corporate training and executive education programmes.
* Lead business development, marketing, student acquisition and institutional partnerships.
* Drive revenue generation and overall business profitability.



Required Domain Expertise Candidates should have a solid background in one or more of the following:
* ESG & Sustainability Management
* Carbon Accounting and GHG Protocol
* Carbon Markets and Carbon Credits
* Climate Change and Climate Finance
* Net Zero Strategy and Decarbonisation
* BRSR, GRI, ISSB and Sustainability Reporting
* Environmental Management and Sustainable Development
* Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Ideal Candidate
* Relevant professional experience in sustainability, ESG, climate or environmental management.
* Experience in sustainability consulting, education, training or professional certification.
* Strong industry network and institutional relationship-building capabilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to establish and scale a business vertical.
* Experience in developing professional learning programmes will be an advantage.
