Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for Central Control Room experts. The role involves monitoring power transmission, and BESS storage assets through centralized systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations in accordance with established protocols. Responsibilities include real-time system surveillance, logging events and alarms, coordinating with field teams and regional control centers, and initiating corrective actions during outages or abnormal conditions. Central Control Room experts will manage incident escalation, support operational reporting, and assist in implementing standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.



The role also requires clear communication with internal stakeholders, service providers, and customers to maintain continuity of service and timely resolution of operational issues. Qualifications
• Solid expertise and experience in all EHV bus and breakers schemes remote operations from SCADA, including strong knowledge of electrical interlocks.
• Strong Central Control Room operations skills, including system monitoring, alarm handling, incident logging, and coordination with field teams.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Customer Service and stakeholder management capabilities to support uninterrupted power delivery and address queries or concerns professionally.
• Experience with Front Office or Reservations-type responsibilities, such as scheduling, documentation, and managing operational requests or work orders.
• Relevant experience in power transmission, control room operations, or grid management is highly beneficial.
• Working knowledge of SCADA, EMS, or similar monitoring systems and familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the power sector.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including shifts, with strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Degree in electrical engineering, NPTI T&D;, power systems, energy management, or a related technical field preferred.
