Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Planner role based in Jaipur. The Wedding Planner will coordinate end-to-end wedding events, including developing concepts, preparing timelines, and managing logistics across venues, décor, catering, entertainment, and other services. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their preferences and cultural requirements, creating detailed proposals, and maintaining clear communication from initial consultation to event completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor coordination through the Dream Wedding Hub platform, budget tracking, in office supervision during events, and quick problem-solving to ensure smooth execution.



The Wedding Planner will also contribute to building strong vendor relationships and gathering feedback to improve service quality. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Planning and Wedding Planning skills to manage multiple events and deliver personalized experiences.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning expertise to coordinate venues, logistics, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to create cost-effective plans, track expenses, and optimize vendor selections.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate professionally, handle client expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Relevant experience in wedding or event management, hospitality, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with using online platforms and basic office software for scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
• A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
