Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Physiotherapist specializing in home visits. The Physiotherapist will assess patients at their residences, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions focused on mobility, pain management, and functional improvement. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, prescribing and demonstrating exercises, using appropriate manual therapy techniques, and educating patients and caregivers on home-based rehabilitation and safety.



The role involves coordinating with treating physicians and the hospital’s multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and monitoring patient progress over time. The Physiotherapist is expected to follow hospital protocols, uphold high standards of ethical and compassionate care, and ensure consistent communication with patients, families, and clinical staff. Qualifications
• Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, with appropriate registration or license as required.
• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and post-surgical rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation.
• Experience or interest in home-based physiotherapy services, including the ability to work independently in community and residential settings.
• Proficiency in patient education, counseling, and caregiver training to support adherence to home exercise programs and safe mobility.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
• Ability to maintain detailed, accurate clinical records and use basic digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple home visit appointments and follow-up care efficiently.
• Comfort with working in diverse socio-economic and cultural contexts, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and respect for patient dignity.
