Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer at CXO TV. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and services that support CXO TV’s digital platform. Daily responsibilities include implementing back-end features, optimizing performance, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring system reliability and security. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and content teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews. The Software Engineer will also help improve development processes, contribute to technical documentation,



and support deployments and ongoing application monitoring. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Go).
• Candidates should possess experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side frameworks.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns for building scalable and maintainable systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.
• Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
