Job Title: Launch Project Manager – Commercial & Late-Stage Drug Development Industry: Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology Experience Required: 5+ years of direct pharmaceutical/biotech project management experience

• Pharmaceutical Project Management: Experience in late-stage drug development (Phase III), product commercialization, regulatory milestones and pharmaceutical launch readiness.
• Smartsheet (Expert Level): Hands-on experience with dashboards, formulas, cross-sheet reporting, automated workflows, Control Center and integrated launch plans.
• AI Tools: Practical experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Smartsheet AI or similar tools for reporting, meeting summaries and risk analysis.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Experience with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing/Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Project Governance: Integrated master launch plans, RAID logs,



milestone tracking, critical path analysis, risk mitigation and executive reporting.
• Financial Management: Budget forecasting, planned vs. actual expenses, PO tracking, variance analysis and quarterly accruals.
• Reporting: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query), PowerPoint and stakeholder presentations. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field. Master's/MBA/PharmD preferred. PMP, CAPM, Smartsheet or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage. Mandatory: Relevant pharmaceutical project management experience, expert-level Smartsheet proficiency, practical AI tool experience and availability within 15 days. Candidates from general IT project management backgrounds without pharmaceutical experience are not suitable.
