- 5Years 1. Position Summary The Senior BDA/ BDA is responsible for driving sales growth by managing high-quality leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, conversion skills, and the ability to handle client relationships independently. 2.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle and manage assigned leads efficiently
• Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings
• Explain company products/services and address client queries
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales
• Close deals and contribute directly to revenue generation
• Maintain and update lead and customer records in the system
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution 3. Advanced Responsibilities
• Handle high-value or priority leads independently
• Improve conversion rates through effective communication and follow-ups




• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
• Support junior team members in handling leads and improving performance 4. Decision-Making & Ownership
• Prioritize leads based on potential value and conversion probability
• Make decisions on follow-up strategies and client engagement approach
• Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned leads
• Contribute insights to improve sales strategies and processes 5. Preferred Skills & Requirements
• Proactiveness in participating in offline campaigns and engaging with clients is

• Robust sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure targets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
