The company provides end-to-end services, including career counseling, university applications, visa assistance, and pre-departure preparation, helping students transition smoothly to their international academic journey.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees through remote and onsite assistance. -Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Ubuntu/Linux operating systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and otherperipherals.



-Install, configure, and maintain software applications, drivers, and system updates. -Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions. -Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Thunderbird, Microsoft 365, and webmail-relatedissues.-Provide support for VPNs, Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RustDesk, andvideo conferencing tools.-Perform system upgrades, operating system installations, software updates, and securitypatch management. -Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, andVPN-related issues.-Configure and maintain network printers and shared resources. -Perform regular data backup and recovery activities.-Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and issue logs. -Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs, warranty claims, and AMC support. -Install and configure new desktops, laptops, and office IT equipment. -Provide technical support to branch offices and remote users. -Ensure compliance with company IT security policies. -Assist in IT infrastructure improvements and technology implementation projects.
