Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across production, logistics, and support functions. This role involves planning and coordinating workflows, managing resources, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The Operations Manager will supervise teams, allocate tasks, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth, cost-effective processes. The role includes collaborating with senior leadership on operational strategies, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. The Operations Manager will also prepare operational reports, monitor budgets, and support the development and training of team members. Qualifications




• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Experience in supervising teams, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting a safe, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
• Strong skills in process improvement, problem-solving, and implementing operational best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Capability in coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain reliable supply chains and on-time delivery.
• Competence in monitoring operational KPIs, preparing reports, and using data to inform decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to mining, metals, or industrial operations, with a commitment to compliance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present information clearly to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., in operations, supply chain, or safety management) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, or heavy industry operations is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with standard office and operations-related software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP systems, or production tracking tools).
