Role Description The Senior Project Manager role at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management of parking infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager oversees procurement, expediting, logistics, and inspection activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, managing budgets and risks, preparing reports and documentation, and resolving operational challenges.



The role also involves leading cross-functional project teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards on-site.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and on-time installation of project components.
• Relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, industrial automation, or mechanical/electrical engineering projects is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and handle complex, multi-site projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
