Role Description The Food and Beverage Associate role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Rajkot, with primary in office responsibilities at the hotel and some work-from-home tasks as required. This role involves providing attentive food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, and banquet areas, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The associate supports daily operations by setting up and clearing tables, preparing basic beverages, coordinating with the kitchen,



and following hygiene and safety standards. The role also includes handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, processing payments accurately, and promoting menu items and special offers. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors to maintain service quality, uphold brand standards, and deliver an “Every Moment Matters” guest experience is essential. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including handling orders, serving, and basic knowledge of menu items.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality, guest satisfaction, and professional demeanor.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills, such as basic food handling, presentation, and understanding of kitchen operations.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hotels or restaurants, knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ability to work flexible shifts, and proficiency in English and local languages.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; formal hospitality or culinary training is an advantage.
