Role Description The Junior Video Editor will support the creative team by editing video content for brand campaigns, social media, websites, and digital ads. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing raw footage, assembling timelines, applying basic transitions and effects, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and creative direction. The role also involves collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketers, preparing different formats for various platforms, and maintaining organized project files and assets. This is a full time, hybrid role based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on project needs. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.
• Ability to perform Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance brand aesthetics.




• Foundational Motion Graphics skills for straightforward animations, titles, and on-screen elements.
• Graphics skills to collaborate on thumbnails, social media creatives, and basic visual layouts.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and AI tools for video creation.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow briefs, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Valuable communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida.
• Relevant coursework, certification, or a portfolio demonstrating video editing projects; prior internship or freelance experience is an advantage.
