Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop current business opportunities with schools, educational institutions and other potential clients.
• Promote and sell educational products, academic publications, books, STEM, Robotics, AI and digital learning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, directors, administrators and decision-makers.
• Conduct school visits, product presentations and business meetings.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert them into business closures.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.




• Explore new markets and expand the company's presence across assigned territories. Eligibility & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Prior experience in the Publication Industry / Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
• Experience working with schools, publishers or educational institutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and client meetings.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently. Performance Expectations
