Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at one of Makeover Fashions Inc. showrooms in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring that store processes run efficiently. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, manage inventory, ensure accurate visual merchandising, and maintain store hygiene and safety standards. A key focus of the role is delivering a high-quality customer experience by guiding the sales team, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining service excellence. The Store Manager will also implement retail loss prevention measures, handle cash and billing procedures,



and collaborate with leadership on targets, promotions, and performance reporting. Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create positive in-store experiences.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, mentoring team members, and coordinating with management.
• Store Management capabilities, including team supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and sales performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise, manage shrinkage, and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion or apparel, in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage conflict, and drive results in a rapid-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and common retail software; strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Minimum educational background of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
