Role Description The Math IIT Faculty role at SkoolAxis.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur Taluka. The faculty member will plan and deliver high-quality Mathematics classes focused on IIT-JEE preparation, including concept teaching, problem-solving sessions, and doubt clarification. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, creating practice questions and mock tests, evaluating student performance, and providing targeted feedback to help learners improve. The role also involves maintaining accurate academic records, collaborating with other faculty members to align curriculum and teaching methods, and participating in faculty meetings or academic reviews.



The Math IIT Faculty is expected to support students’ exam readiness, encourage strong study habits, and contribute to a disciplined, learner-centered classroom environment. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Mathematics relevant to IIT-JEE syllabus, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and logically.
• Experience in coaching or teaching students for competitive exams (e.g., IIT-JEE, other engineering entrance tests) in a classroom setting.
• Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments aligned with examination patterns.
• Effective classroom management skills, with a focus on maintaining student engagement, discipline, and motivation.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
