Role Description The Owner role at TM Systems is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and client relationships, ensuring that technology and security solutions align with the company’s mission of simplifying IT for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding product and service development, making key financial and resource allocation decisions, and leading teams across consulting, development, and cybersecurity functions.



The Owner will also drive business development, foster partnerships, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with relevant industry and security best practices. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, business management, or entrepreneurship, preferably within IT consulting or software development.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, software development practices, and digital transformation concepts.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and data protection standards.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and oversee multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to make data-driven decisions and leverage analytics, including location-based and AI-driven insights.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with clients in diverse industries and an aptitude for building long-term customer relationships.
