Team members join a fast-growing, customer-focused organization with a strong legacy and global presence. Role Description The Lead Jewellery Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and developing original jewellery collections that align with brand identity, market trends, and regional customer preferences. Day-to-day tasks include sketching designs, creating detailed product specifications, working with CAD tools, and collaborating closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. The Lead Jewellery Designer will guide and mentor junior designers, review design portfolios,



and provide creative direction to maintain consistency across collections. The role also involves coordinating with artisans and manufacturers, refining prototypes based on feedback, and contributing to seasonal design strategies and special campaigns. Qualifications
• Strong Jewellery Design expertise with a portfolio showcasing both traditional and contemporary pieces.
• Proficiency in Drawing and illustration to translate concepts into clear, production-ready sketches.
• Experience in Fashion Jewelry and Product Design to create commercially viable, trend-responsive collections.
• Hands-on skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for detailed technical drawings and 3D modelling.
• Understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes, including casting, setting, and finishing.
• Ability to lead and mentor design teams, manage multiple projects, and meet production timelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with merchandising, production, and retail teams.
• Relevant design qualification (e.g., degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Product Design, or Fashion Design) preferred.
• Prior experience in jewellery retail or luxury goods design, especially within Indian or global markets, is an advantage.
