Experience:
1–3 Years ? What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer, Performance, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and creator partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and campaign management skills.
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPL,
CAC, and Conversion Rate.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. ?
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute influencer-led marketing campaigns.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships.
• Negotiate with creators and manage collaborations.
• Coordinate content creation, approvals, and campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Analyse campaign data and suggest improvements.
• Monitor influencer marketing trends and competitor activities.
