Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven HVAC Sales Professional to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the HVAC segment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across Mumbai and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
• Actively identify and pursue current business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Meet and engage with architects, consultants, PMCs, builders, contractors, and end-users to generate leads and convert prospects.




• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and site visits to understand client requirements and propose appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the technical team.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring margin targets and revenue goals are met.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure smooth handover after order finalization.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide timely market intelligence to the management team.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Valtree's brand and expand the network.
• Submit regular sales reports, visit reports, and forecasts to reporting manager. Required Qualifications &

Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).




• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the HVAC industry (VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, etc.).
• Sound technical knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to understand project drawings and specifications.
• Strong network of contacts including consultants, contractors, PMC firms, and developers in the Mumbai market.
• Must have strong Connections with HVAC Industry Stakeholders,Consultants,Contractors and End Users.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and nearby areas.
