Role Description The Field Sales Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position involves visiting customer locations, understanding their operational challenges, and presenting suitable ERP, WMS, automation, and tracking solutions. The role includes preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating proof-of-concept activities. The Field Sales Engineer will manage the sales cycle, follow up on leads, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with internal engineering and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.



Regular responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales reports, providing market feedback, and supporting post-sales technical discussions as needed. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to understand customer systems and translate technical needs into solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive new business, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to build long-term relationships, handle key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations, and operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or a comparable technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience in industrial automation, barcode/RFID solutions, ERP or WMS environments will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
