Role Description The Branch Manager role at ITI Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhattisgarh, India. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role includes managing loan processing for vehicle finance products, monitoring portfolio quality, and driving branch-level sales and revenue targets. The Branch Manager will lead and support the branch team, handle staff scheduling and performance reviews,



and provide coaching to achieve operational and business goals. Additional responsibilities include developing local market strategies, building relationships with customers and partners, preparing regular reports for senior management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal risk guidelines. Qualifications
• Strong skills in branch operations, loan processing, and portfolio management.
• Experience in sales, business development, and achieving financial targets.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Understanding of vehicle finance products and basic credit and risk assessment principles.
