Role Description This full time, on-site Junior Engineer role is based in Rudraprayag and involves supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of utility and infrastructure projects. The Junior Engineer will assist senior engineering staff with site inspections, measurements, and quality checks, and help ensure work is carried out according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing basic engineering documentation, maintaining project records, coordinating with site supervisors and contractors, and reporting progress and issues to the project engineer or manager. The role also involves supporting troubleshooting activities on site, participating in review meetings,



and contributing to continuous improvement of construction and installation processes. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering principles, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic skills in site supervision and project coordination, including maintaining records, monitoring progress, and supporting quality and safety compliance.
• Ability to use standard engineering tools and software (e.g., MS Office, basic CAD or similar tools) to prepare reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify issues on site and escalate or support resolution effectively.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, including coordinating with cross-functional site teams, contractors, and senior engineers.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or related field) from a recognized institution.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rudraprayag and adapt to field conditions, including travel within project locations as needed.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in utilities, infrastructure, or construction projects is an advantage.
