Role Description The Biomedical Scientist will work in office in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, contributing to laboratory-based research and development activities in biomedical sciences. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, handling biological samples, performing diagnostic and analytical tests, and documenting findings in a clear, accurate manner. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and adhering to strict safety and quality control procedures. The Biomedical Scientist will analyze data, interpret results, support ongoing research projects, and contribute to the development,



validation, and improvement of scientific protocols and methodologies. Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Biomedical Sciences, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical research and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in core Laboratory Skills, including sample handling, assay execution, and use of standard laboratory instruments and technologies.
• Knowledge of Pathology and Histology for the examination, processing, and interpretation of tissue and cellular samples.
• Experience in Microbiology, including culture techniques, microbial identification, and contamination control.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to laboratory safety, ethical research practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary research and clinical teams.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research environments is an advantage.
