• We are looking for a full-time, on-site Digital & Performance Marketer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, optimizing SEO, and running data-led digital campaigns to engage, convert, and retain the target audience.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Manage and grow social media presence with creative and engaging campaigns
• Drive SEO strategies to boost brand visibility and organic reach

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
• Strong understanding of branding strategies and design principles
• Proficiency in analyzing data & identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
