Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house activities, monitoring inventory and supplies, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The Store Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve service issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention procedures, coordinating with central operations and delivery teams, and providing regular reports on store metrics.



The role requires active leadership on the floor, coaching team members, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and cross-functional partners clearly and professionally.
• Store Management experience in food service or retail, including day-to-day operations, team supervision, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory, manage shrinkage, and enforce store policies.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food retail environments, with familiarity in food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage conflict, and support an inclusive, respectful workplace.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and operational reporting tools; comfort working with technology-driven processes.
• Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
