Job Purpose: To manage existing customers, onboard recent customers, and ensure effective customer engagement to drive business growth in domestic market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Management
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular telephonic communication.
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, product updates, offers, and business requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and encourage repeat business. 2. New Customer Onboarding
• Identify and connect with potential new customers.
• Explain the company’s products and offerings to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
• Collect required customer information and documentation for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely customer onboarding.
• Maintain updated records of newly onboarded customers.




• Track and report the outcomes of activation activities. 3. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain daily/weekly records of calls, customer follow-ups, new onboardings, and activation activities.
• Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other relevant departments as required.
• Achieve assigned customer management, onboarding, and activation targets. Required Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telecalling and customer-handling skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on Sundays and flexible weekly offs as per business requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
