The company combines deep knowledge of the used-car trade with a growing support ecosystem for dealers. KFin is currently active in Delhi NCR, Lucknow, and Kolkata, with plans to expand into additional cities. Role Description The Sales and Collections Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mengio, responsible for leading revenue growth and overseeing end-to-end collections activities. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, expanding the dealer network, and managing key client relationships to drive portfolio growth. The individual will design and monitor collections processes, maintain portfolio quality, and ensure timely recovery while adhering to regulatory and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and mentoring the sales and collections teams, setting performance targets, reviewing analytics and dashboards,



and implementing process improvements based on data-driven insights. The role collaborates closely with finance, risk, and operations teams to align sales and collections objectives with overall business goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong collections expertise, including Debt Collection and Collections Management skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, assess portfolio risks, and optimize sales and recovery strategies.
• Candidates should possess proven Team Management capabilities to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales and collections teams.
• Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Finance to work effectively with credit, risk, and operations stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in financial services, vehicle financing, or lending to small businesses is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in office and engage directly with dealers.
• Experience setting and tracking KPIs, implementing process controls, and using CRM or collections tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
