Role Description The Tamil Language Teacher (Female) will conduct live online Tamil classes for learners of diverse ages, backgrounds, and proficiency levels, following Bhasha.io’s structured curriculum and teaching standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive sessions, assigning and reviewing exercises, and providing individualized feedback to support learner progress. The teacher will use digital tools and resources to create engaging learning experiences, monitor student performance, and adjust teaching methods based on learner needs.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of classes, participating in periodic training or team meetings, and collaborating with the academic team to enhance course content. This is a full time remote role. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with a focus on Tamil as a primary language of instruction.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education to design structured, learner-centered sessions.
• Candidates should possess a solid background in Tamil Literature and cultural knowledge to enrich classroom content.
• Fluency in spoken and written Tamil, with clear and effective communication skills in English or another support language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Literature, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification is an advantage.
• Experience teaching Tamil online or in classroom settings, including working with adult and young learners.
• Comfort with digital tools, video conferencing platforms, and online learning management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment in a remote
