9+ years in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Head to lead our division, manage sales operations, drive student enrolments, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Study Abroad sales team.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and enrolment targets.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and student conversions.
- Guide and motivate team leaders and counsellors.
- Ensure strong knowledge of international education and study destinations.




- Identify recent business opportunities and drive market growth.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Processing teams.

Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
- Strong sales leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of international education, admissions, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
