Role Description The Key Account and Customer Relationship Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing strategic client accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position based in Kolkata, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective digital marketing solutions. The role involves regular communication with clients, overseeing campaign performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and resolving issues promptly. The manager will also prepare reports, track account health, gather client feedback, and contribute to improving processes and service quality. Qualifications
• Proven experience in key account management, customer success, or client servicing in marketing, advertising,



or related fields.
• Solid relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand digital marketing concepts and translate client needs into actionable plans with internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and reporting abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Kolkata, with the ability to collaborate both in-office and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
