• Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and ensure timely customer updates.
• Maintain product knowledge, showroom presentation,



and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain customer records and provide regular sales updates. Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, retail, or interior design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
