Responsibilities:
⎯ Coordinate with the client for payment. ⎯ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers. ⎯ Maintain your day-to-day MIS report regarding customer details. ⎯ Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. ⎯ Resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile: -Should be valuable at communicating in English and Hindi Language. -Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excel Knowledge is mandatory. -A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
