As an HR Intern in the HR team at Osfin.ai, you will: Talent Acquisition Support
• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups — across technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to build strong talent pipelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and help report metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Help deliver a robust candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. HR Operations Support
• Assist with the employee onboarding and induction process.




• Help maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support statutory compliance documentation and HR audits.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries, escalating where needed. What Do We Expect From You?
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, management, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging candidates and hiring managers.
• Close attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to multitask across hiring and operations without dropping either.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools is a plus.
