Shree Om Transport Company (SOTC) is expanding its business and looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Warehousing to strengthen our business development team. We are looking for a senior B2B sales professional with a proven track record in acquiring new warehousing clients, developing strategic business relationships and driving profitable business growth. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business acquisition for warehousing and storage solutions.
• Identify and develop potential clients across FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, Automobile and other industries.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Build relationships with CXOs, Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Heads and key decision-makers.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and close business deals.
• Explore new markets and identify opportunities for warehousing and 3PL solutions.
• Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. ? Candidate Profile:




• Strong experience in B2B sales and business development within Warehousing, Logistics or 3PL.
• Proven ability to acquire new warehousing clients independently.
• Established industry network and strong client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven professional with a focus on revenue growth and profitability. ?
