Role Description The Generative & Agentic AI Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing and delivering training programs on generative AI and agentic AI technologies, including foundational concepts, practical applications, and hands-on labs using contemporary tools and platforms. The trainer will develop structured course content, create real-time project scenarios, prepare training materials, and maintain up-to-date curricula aligned with industry trends and employer needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, mentoring learners on assignments and projects, assessing performance, providing feedback, and supporting learners with placement-oriented guidance.



The trainer will also collaborate with academic partners and internal teams to refine training offerings, contribute to workshops and seminars, and participate in ongoing program improvement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong expertise in generative AI concepts, including large language models, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Candidates should possess skills in agentic AI design and implementation, including autonomous agents, tool use, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
• Candidates should possess practical proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar), as well as experience working with cloud-based AI platforms and APIs.
• Candidates should possess the ability to design structured training curricula, create detailed learning materials, and develop real-time project exercises and case studies.
• Candidates should possess solid classroom delivery skills, including clear communication, facilitation, learner engagement, and mentoring for diverse skill levels.
• Candidates should possess experience in assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and preparing learners for interviews and placement opportunities.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience as a technical trainer or educator in AI, data science, or software development, preferably in a training institute or corporate setting.
