Role Description: Oversee housekeeping operations ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the Brand Standards. Responsible for operational planning, team leadership, quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and cost control. Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the brand standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service standards, delivering a consistent luxury guest experience. Ensures guest satisfaction through attention to detail and prompt service. Qualifications
• Robust managarial skills, with experience overseeing housekeeping teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of housekeeping operaations, including cleaning standards, linen management, and equipment use.




• Guest service and communication skills to respond effectively to guest requests, resolve issues, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Experience supporting hiring activities, such as interviewing, onboarding, and training housekeeping staff.
• Previous experience in luxury hotel in similar position is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jamnagar, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail, time management, and basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
