We are looking for skilled and passionate Electrical BIM Modelers to join our growing team in Chennai!

Job Location: DLF IT Park, Manapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Position: Electrical BIM Modeler

Experience: 4–8 Years

Work Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power and cable tray models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with other MEP disciplines.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, schedules and coordinated models.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and BIM requirements.

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.




- Experience in Electrical BIM modelling and MEP coordination.
- Understanding of lighting, power distribution and electrical systems.
- Experience in clash detection and resolving coordination issues.
