Hiring: Project Manager – Recruitment (RPO)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office | Client Location

Experience: 12–15 Years

We are looking for an experienced RPO / Recruitment Delivery Leader to manage an on-site recruitment engagement for a large industrial organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery and manage a team of recruiters.
- Drive hiring across engineering, oil & gas, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, and industrial operations.
- Manage client stakeholders, hiring priorities, escalations, and recruitment SLAs.
- Monitor delivery performance, recruiter productivity, hiring pipelines, and closures.
- Drive sourcing strategies and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.

Mandatory Requirements

12–15 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, with robust RPO delivery experience.





Previous experience managing an RPO engagement at the client's location.

Experience leading recruitment teams and managing client stakeholders.

Prior exposure to hiring for oil & gas, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing clients.
